15+ days before check-in
Full refund (100% of advance payment)
8-14 days before check-in
75% refund of advance payment

Booking Modification Policy
Date Changes: We understand plans can change. You may request to modify your booking dates subject to availability and the following conditions:
- More than 15 days before check-in: Free date modification (subject to availability)
- 8-14 days before check-in: Date modification allowed with 10% adjustment fee
- Less than 8 days before check-in: Date modification subject to cancellation policy
Additional Notes:
- • Price difference may apply if new dates fall in a different season
- • Room type changes subject to availability and rate differences
- • Group size changes must be communicated at least 7 days in advance
- • Only one free modification allowed per booking
Special Circumstances
We may offer flexible cancellation or refunds in the following exceptional circumstances (subject to verification):
- Medical Emergencies: Serious illness or hospitalization (medical certificate required)
- Bereavement: Death in immediate family (documentation required)
- Natural Disasters: Severe weather conditions making travel impossible
- Government Restrictions: Travel bans or lockdowns imposed by authorities
- Resort Closure: If we are unable to accommodate you due to unforeseen circumstances
Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
No-Show Policy
Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation or notification.
No-Show Policy:
- • Full advance payment will be forfeited
- • No refund or credit will be provided
- • Remaining balance (if any) will still be charged
Please Note: If you are running late or unable to make your check-in time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate delayed arrivals.
Early Departure Policy
If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date:
- No refund will be provided for unused nights
- Full payment for the entire booking period is required
- In case of emergencies, please discuss with management for possible accommodation
Group Bookings & Events
For group bookings (3 or more rooms) or event bookings, special cancellation terms may apply:
- Custom cancellation policies will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking
- Higher advance payment may be required (typically 30-50%)
- Cancellation timelines may be longer (30-60 days notice)
- Partial cancellations (reducing group size) subject to separate terms
Note: Group booking terms will be provided in writing at the time of confirmation. Please review them carefully.
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your booking details
- Provide your booking confirmation number and guest information
- Specify the reason for cancellation
- Confirm your preferred refund method
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of cancellation approval
- Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible
Refund Methods:
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)
- Credit to original credit/debit card
- Credit note for future stay (with additional benefits)

Important: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). Phone cancellations should be followed up with written confirmation.

- • Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request
- • All refund percentages are calculated on the advance payment amount only
- • Transaction fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
- • This policy is subject to change. Bookings are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking
- • We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations
- • Management decisions on cancellations and refunds are final
