Welcome to Clover Holiday Village. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Clover Holiday Village.

1.2 Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount and payment deadline will be communicated at the time of booking.

1.3 Balance Payment: The balance amount must be paid upon arrival or as agreed during the booking process.

1.4 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

1.5 Booking Modifications: Requests for changes to your booking (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.6 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Any errors or omissions may affect your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1 Standard Timings:

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

2.2 Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

2.3 Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, driving license, etc.) is mandatory for all guests at check-in as per government regulations.

2.4 Registration: All guests must complete the registration formalities upon arrival.

2.5 Late Arrival: If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance. Your reservation will be held until the next day unless we receive prior notice.

3. Guest Conduct and Resort Rules

3.1 Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests, staff, and the property.

3.2 Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

3.3 Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

3.4 Alcohol and Substances: Consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation. Use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

3.5 Parties and Events: Private parties and celebrations are permitted with prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and any applicable charges.

3.6 Music and Entertainment: Use of outdoor speakers or loud music requires prior permission and must cease by 10:00 PM.

3.7 Visitor Policy: Day visitors are allowed with prior notice to reception. Overnight visitors must be registered and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy and Guest Limits

4.1 Maximum Occupancy: Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without prior arrangement may result in additional charges or denial of check-in.

4.2 Children: Children are welcome. Please inform us about the number and ages of children at the time of booking.

4.3 Extra Guests: Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are subject to extra charges and availability.

4.4 Guest Registration: All guests, including children, must be registered at check-in as per legal requirements.

5. Pet Policy

5.1 Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets at Clover Holiday Village. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets.

5.2 Pet Responsibility: Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior, cleanliness, and any damage caused. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

5.3 Pet Guidelines:

  • Pets must be kept on leash in common areas
  • Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately by owners
  • Pets should not be left unattended in rooms
  • Ensure pets do not disturb other guests

6. Property Damage and Lost Items

6.1 Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

6.2 Damage Charges: The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest responsible. We will provide itemized invoices for all charges.

6.3 Lost and Found: While we make every effort to secure lost items, Clover Holiday Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6.4 Valuables: We recommend keeping valuables secure. Safe deposit facilities may be available upon request.

7. Amenities and Services

7.1 Service Availability: While we strive to ensure all amenities and services are available, some may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Activity Participation: Participation in adventure activities and sports is at guests' own risk. Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

7.3 Food and Beverage: Restaurant timings and menus are subject to change. Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance when possible.

7.4 WiFi: WiFi is provided for guest convenience but we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or specific speed levels.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limited Liability: Clover Holiday Village shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • Guest negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
  • Third-party actions or services
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

8.2 Health and Safety: Guests participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate travel and health insurance.

8.3 Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies, we will assist in arranging medical care, but all medical expenses are the responsibility of the guest.

8.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Clover Holiday Village reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions or resort rules
  • Behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner
  • Engages in illegal activities
  • Damages property or poses a danger to others
  • Provides false information or fraudulent payment

No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Photography and Marketing

10.1 Resort Photography: Clover Holiday Village may take photographs of the property and guests for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.

10.2 Guest Photography: Guests are welcome to take personal photographs. Commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission.

10.3 Drone Usage: Use of drones is not permitted without prior written approval from management.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kodagu District, Karnataka, India.

11.3 Dispute Resolution: We encourage guests to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Clover Holiday Village reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Bookings made before changes take effect will be governed by the terms in place at the time of booking.
